Arlene's has gone above and beyond what we expect from a gift service. Not only are the flowers lovely but the employees go out of their way to help us. I live out of the Odessa area and i can always count on Arlene's team to meet my needs. I needed a last minute address correction this last deliver and they did this without an issue. My Grandma received her gift and was so happy! Thank you to your team for being so helpful , i can always count on you all to get it right!!!
